Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and well looked after.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate luxury products.
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.
- Assist with product demonstrations and fittings to enhance the customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of cash and card payments.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective store operations and visual merchandising standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
