Your new role
This commercial and civil litigation solicitor role will see you handle a varied caseload that will include general contractual and commercial litigation, boundary disputes, probate litigation as well as some debt recovery matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Applications are invited from commercial and civil litigation lawyers as well as personal injury or clinical negligence lawyers who are keen to retrain into this area of work.
