Financial Controller

The right candidate for this role will be a hands-on finance professional who thrives in an autonomous working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Managing budgeting and forecasting
• Financial reporting
• Maintain relationships with accountants, banks, and insurers
• Process improvements and automation of financial controls
• Business partner with the Group
• Management of a small team

Requirements:

• Qualified or part-qualified finance professional
• Proven experience gained within a similar role
• Credible and confident communicator
• Process improvement focused
• Ability to implement change and drive business performance
• Must have the desire to grow and develop in a role

Salary & Benefits:

• £65,000 - £75,00k DOE
• Hybrid work model
• Plus, additional benefits
