- Position: Data Cabling Engineer
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Days: Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays
- Hours: 08:00 – 17:00hrs
- Vacation: 22 days in addition to Public Holidays
- Basic Salary: £35,000-£45,000 – subject to experience and qualifications
- Other: Overtime
- Benefits: Mobile Phone, Company Van
Puffin Solutions Ltd is looking to grow our team by recruiting a data cable engineer to report to the Engineering Manager and work with our existing teams. The successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities:
- 3+ years experience ins a similar role
- Basic testing knowledge and experience with Fluke
- Flexibility with working hours, including nights and overtime.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
- CSCS/ECS card
- Full UK driving license.
- Able to work as either part of a team or independently
- Good customer facing skills
- IPAF/PASMA (desirable)
- Able to work in Europe without the need of processing a visa.
The successful candidate would be located in the Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard/Luton area however would be happy to travel and stay away. The successful candidate would be subject to a background check once working with the company.
