We are seeking to appoint an innovative Teacher of Food Technology. Someone who is committed and enthusiastic with a genuine love for the subject and the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities.

Food Technology is taught to pupils as part of a carousel at KS3 with pupils having the choice to opt for the subject at KS4.The subject has a high uptake at GCSE. If you are someone who can inspire, challenge and support pupils and can relate to a culture which puts pupils first, being prepared to go the extra mile for every one of them, then we would be excited to hear from you.
Applications are welcome from both experienced and early career teachers who can teach to both key stages and to all ability levels. Above all, we are looking for someone with a real passion for the subject, whose teaching is rooted in the joy of food technology.
The Academy has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from Governors, parents, pupils and highly motivated staff.
