Caseload would consist of disrepair, tenancy management possession claims, ASB and landlord & tenant matters
Experience of working within the public sector e.g. Housing Association, local authority

To manage a caseload of matters in relation to housing management, landlord and tenant and other contentious litigation mattersCaseload would consist of disrepair, tenancy management possession claims, ASB and landlord & tenant matters
To draft legal proceedings, witness statements and pleadings
The Person
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a current practising certificateExperience of working within the public sector e.g. Housing Association, local authority
Strong technical understanding of housing litigation cases
