All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
The children at this school settle quickly due to the highly nurturing environment and caring staff.
About the role:
- Working within Year 5 class
- Supporting pupils on a group basis
- Monday – Friday, term time only
- Helping the teacher with both preparation of the work and managing the class environment
About you:
- Excellent Numeracy & Literacy skills
- Experience working with children
- Good understanding of the national curriculum
- A good understanding of the principles of childhood development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Good behaviour management skills
- Nurturing and compassionate nature
