35 hours per week (8.30 – 4.00 with half an hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary: BG8 £26873 - £28770 pro rata (actual £22230 - £23800)We are seeking to employ an excellent Learning Support Assistant to join our highly effective team at Brunel Field Primary School and work alongside the wider Brunel Field team. At first this role is in EYFS supporting two classes of children.

- Has the ability to support both in-class and with the delivery of 1:1 and group interventions
- Will cover some regular whole-class sessions for teacher release time (such as PPA cover)

- Is passionate about supporting children’s developmen
- Has recent experience of working with children in a primary setting
- Has consistently high expectations of attainment and behaviour for learning
- Is able to inspire and motivate children
- Is excited about working with a highly motivated, enthusiastic and successful team of professionals at Brunel Field Primary School
- Will ensure that safeguarding is a priority within the school and promote staff, pupil and family wellbeing
