What will you be doing as an Order Processor?Working as part of a friendly team, you will be carrying out a busy and varied role. Duties will include: Liaising with customers and overseas suppliers via emailProcessing orders via Far East suppliersArranging, providing and following up samples and quotesQuoting on orders via overseas suppliers, negotiating pricing, lead times, and order specifics with suppliersDealing with incoming callsAssisting with shipping of products including calculating currency conversions, duty costs and freight costsTracking of order with suppliersCo-ordinating between customer and supplier regarding artwork for review, amendment, and approvalChasing suppliers regarding lead times, schedules, and obligationsEnsuring and tracking shipments, managing customer expectations and confirming deliveriesLiaising with UK warehouse to confirm receipt of goods and arranging onward shipmentAssisting customers with aftersales issuesUpdating all order information on the system We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a busy admin or order processing roleConfident using Excel and emailCan work in a busy, fast paced environmentStrong numeracy skillsAccurate with a good eye for detailExcellent phone manner What will you get in return for your work as an Order Processor?
