We are looking for someone who is resolution and delivery focused and has experience of working towards outcomes and objectives. You will have experience of working with stakeholders to influence and support with change management to deliver sustainable change.
As the postholder will be managing a small team, you will need experience of managing staff as well as coaching and mentoring to support the team develop and deliver their project plans. You will need to have the skills to use complex data sets and national guidelines to translate into useful and manageable ways for the team and stakeholders to demonstrate improvement and meet national set requirements for the programme.
