Intervention Lead
The school facilities include vocational workshops for car mechanics and woodwork, an art workshop, food technology kitchen, astro-pitch, ICT suite and other subject specific classrooms. Our pupils are taught in very small groups, or 1:1, with a high staff ratio.
We support our pupils to fulfil their potential by giving them unconditional support, providing them with good quality teaching and empowering them to effectively manage their own behaviour. The school’s curriculum and ethos is underpinned by the principles of the THRIVE approach which promotes children’s and young people’s positive mental health.
This is a new role to help set up and then manage, interventions and provisions, that are an alternative to suspension. This is a great opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of children who may have been educationally overlooked and to work as part of a dedicated and supportive team

You must have experience of working with children with a range of behavioural needs and experience of working in a leadership role. A qualified Teacher would be an advantage but is not essential. You will need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle for when you are required to work offsite or at our satellite school based in Quidenham, Norfolk.
SALARY:
Full-time salary £28,060 - £33,530 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. Company benefits include pension, online GP, retailer discounts, wellbeing programmes, free eye tests, free flu jabs.
WORKING HOURS:
- 30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
