Job Description- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Managing agendas, appointments and meetings
- Managing phone calls and correspondence
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- A qualification in business administration or relevant field is preferred
- A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £44,000 per annum
