Conveyancing Solicitor (3y+PQE)

Location: Blackburn

An award-winning firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team and handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities:

Managing Conveyancing files, delivering excellent customer service to all clients, maintaining excellent communication & responses to correspondence and client work
Achieving delivery of financial targets set within the company
Take part in business development opportunities and events
Comply with professional conduct rules and internal policies and procedures
Managing financial aspects of client work effectively, working within parameters communicated regarding write offs

Skills and Experience:

Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE experience in Conveyancing
Excellent problem-solver with a positive attitude who remains calm under pressure

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confident in business development and winning work
