Job Purpose: Support compliance to HR Law and Company Rules and Regulations
Drive compliance with Group CSR strategy: Support and Develop our Talents: (Training, Diversity, Quality of Working Life)
Main ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:
- Coordinate KPI Reviews
- Overview of Employee Handbook, company rules and regulations
- Keep Employee Records up to date
- Draft HR policies and procedures
- Drive compliance with Group CSR strategy
- Assisting with recruitment
- For new recruits, ensure that all documentation is completed
Training:
- Coordinate Induction
- Coordinate Quality and Food Safety procedures
- Coordinate Health and Safety procedures
- Follow up on completion of training
Employee Welfare:
- Coordinate annual Employee Surveys
- Understanding of Employment Law and the application to HR practice
- Exceptional communication skills and strong ability to work collaboratively with peers
- Highly organised and able to plan and execute concurrent activities
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
