Your Role

We are seeking an energetic Data Analyst to analyse data within our Business Intelligence Analytics Team with a focus on Corporate and Support Services and Place data. You will be key part of a skilled team delivering valuable insights, guidance, and support for informed decision making that benefits the residents of Stockport.

Develop your skills in data collection, reporting, and analysis. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to grow your career in data analysis.

About You

You are a highly numerate and computer-fluent professional with excellent analytical and technical skills. You understand efficient data management and analysis and can extract valuable insights from complex data sets. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can communicate data-driven insights to front-line data experts and time-pressed decision makers.

You are proficient in the manipulation of data and are comfortable summarising it. You have a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving and work effectively within a team. You are dedicated to continuous learning and professional development and keen to develop in line with latest industry trends and best practices.
