What the Role Involves
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become an expert in the hospitality market. You’ll learn how to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and match talented candidates with roles where they can thrive.
You’ll receive full, structured training from day one — and once you complete your core training, you’ll start earning commission from month three, giving you a clear path to increasing your earnings early on.
Your Day-to-Day- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of hospitality roles
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from first contact to placement
- Working towards clear, achievable targets with ongoing support
- Representing Jubilee Hospitality within the Oxford hospitality community
- A confident, positive, people-first approach
- Strong communication skills and natural rapport-building ability
- Resilience, motivation, and a desire to grow quickly
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- An interest in hospitality or recruitment (no experience needed)
- Full training and ongoing development from experienced consultants
- A very competitive commission structure
