Location St Albans
Rate £ 200 - £ 250 day - outside IR35

Duration ongoing

Our client is a leading multi-discipline rail contractor who due to growth are looking for an Bid-Coordinator to support their busy estimating team

This role offers hybrid working where the Bid-Coordinator will be required to work in the office 3 x days a week and other days from home

As Bid-Coordinator you will support the estimating team with the following responsibilities

Collecting information from the Estimating team to create and proof-read tender documents
Formatting and attaching tender documents
Reading ITT s
Preparation of civils tender pricing documents
Co-Ordinating bids and responses with the Bid Team
Maintaining library of standard responses library and feedback from clients
General administrative support to the Estimating team

Requirements

2-3 years experience as an Assistant Civils Estimator within rail
Candy software experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
