Freelance Sponsorship Sales Assistant

As a Freelance Sponsorship Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential sponsors, building relationships, and helping to deliver successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and identifying potential sponsors for various events and projects.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective and current sponsors.
• Prepare and customise sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage potential sponsors.
• Support the sales team in meetings with sponsors, including preparing meeting materials and taking notes.
• Track and report on the progress of sponsorship outreach and sales efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of sponsor benefits and activations.
• Assist in negotiating sponsorship deals and contracts.
• Provide administrative support to the sponsorship sales team as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in sponsorship or event sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of the event management industry is a plus.
