Personal Development Coach - Remote Contractor

This is a contractor role built for experienced professionals who want meaningful work, genuine flexibility, and income that reflects their effort. You'll work with motivated clients, follow a structured program, and be supported from day one — with leads provided so you can focus on coaching, not prospecting.

• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to clients using Perfect Life Group's established programs and frameworks
• Run workshops and online sessions for clients at various stages of their personal development journey
• Manage your own client relationships, follow-ups, and progress tracking
• Work independently to meet client outcomes and satisfaction targets
• Collaborate with the wider Perfect Life Group team for onboarding, training, and ongoing support

• Background in coaching, people development, sales, leadership, or a related professional field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with clients one-on-one and in groups
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and workload
• Registered or willing to register as a self-employed contractor (sole trader or Ltd company)
• No formal coaching certification required — relevant experience and attitude are what matter
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
