What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised, enthusiastic and innovative Administrator who is looking for a challenge, who wants to make a difference, who is pro-active and flexible, with a focus upon maintaining standards and raising achievements within a busy and challenging school environment.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an administration role, have a can-do attitude and enjoy when no two days are the same. As well as having a good working knowledge of administration processes and a competent level of IT literacy, as you will provide administration assistance to several departments and areas around the school, a flair for producing informative displays would be useful in this varied role.

You will be confident with a range of systems especially Microsoft office (Excel and Word) and any experience of SIMS, ParentMail and Access Education would be beneficial, but training can be provided.

It is important that you are an excellent communicator, with high levels of emotional intelligence and a strong commitment to working in partnership with the whole school community to develop and further extend the work of the departments and the experiences of our students.
