ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop product specifications.
Lead the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Analyze product performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continued improvement.
Facilitate communication across departments to promote understanding and alignment on product goals.
RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
