Industry leading media events business seeks highly talented Marketing Manager to join their marketing events team.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the marketing campaigns for a number of leading exhibitions, conferences and awards.

This role requires excellent organisational, project management and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high quality work within deadlines.

The candidate will be expected to have held a similar role for at least the last year within a comparable market leading event’s organisation ideally, and will be qualified to degree level as a minimum but a professional qualification in Marketing or equivalent will be an advantage.

Key Knowledge & Skills Required:

• 1-2 years + in event marketing
• conferences and/or exhibitions / awards
• proven experience in marketing paid for events (delegates).

• A successful track record of planning and implementing marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of database segmentation
• Strong email marketing experience and ideally some paid campaigns
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape
• In depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics
