There will be an individually structured induction programme with ongoing support and education/training to develop you in the role. There is a national requirement, if successful, that you enrol on the Specialist Screening Practitioner degree module in Liverpool within the first year after appointment.

You will need to pass the course in order to remain in post. Flexible working is essential amongst the team to deliver the service efficiently at all sites and weekend and evening working may be necessary in the future.
