We are looking for a forward thinking and talented administrator to support our OD, Inclusion and Talent team with the delivery of key people workstreams on a 12 month fixed term or secondment contract.
Band 4, £26,530 - £29,114 pro rata per annum, 17.25 hours per week part time.
Main duties of the job
The role will support the delivery of key workstreams in Our Combined People Strategy supported by the wider team. You will support the OD, Inclusion & Talent Team in the administration of people workstreams in accordance with our Trust Values and in collaboration with the wider organisation's stakeholders.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
As an OD & Inclusion Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of Our Combined People projects on key priorities to become Inclusive & Representative; to Achieve Potential & Aspirations and advancing our Great Place to Work.Working within the OD, Inclusion & Talent team and alongside other stakeholders you'll be supporting our Joy in Work activities which are key to our OD approach.
You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure our workstreams run smoothly and achieve their objectives. To excel in this role, you’ll be responsible for the administration of the following key aspects:
- Logistics and scheduling: Coordinating meetings, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, prepared, and have access to necessary resources.
- Data collection and documentation: Supporting the collection of programme data, maintaining accurate records and assisting with the preparation of reports for tracking and evaluating the programme’s impact.
- Resource management: Assisting with the distribution and tracking of programme materials, tools and resources, ensuring smooth access and availability for team coaches and participants.
