Are you a compassionate and experienced care assistant looking for flexible work opportunities? We are currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Wymondham to provide high-quality care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to elderly individuals in a residential setting. Your duties will include:

• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Dementia Care: Offering specialised support to residents with dementia.
• Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging residents in meaningful activities.
• General Care: Ensuring the well-being of residents and supporting their day-to-day needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months UK care experience (essential).
• A passion for providing high-quality care and support to elderly individuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work on an ad-hoc basis, including both days and nights.
• No sponsorship available for this role – applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
