L&Q is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the Trust’s Fire Safety team. Reporting to the Contract Manager and working closely with the Building Surveyors and Technical Manager you will assist in the administrative support of the technical review programme of our entire property portfolio, as defined by the L&Q Fire Strategy for Cladding Inspections / External Wall Systems (EWS).

You must possess excellent administration skills and the ability to organise, plan and prioritise effectively. You will be able to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your understanding of databases and systems will be coupled with the ability to analyse, interpret and deliver detailed information with clarity.

Ideally you will have experience of systems such as Arena and you will need to be able to confidently use the full range of Microsoft Office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • will assist with locating and providing key building documentation and drawings
  • is aware of related legislation and guidance
