Location: Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11

Contract Details: Permanent (37.5 hours per week), Full Time Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5 PM)

Salary: £24,050

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Process customer orders and manage order tracking, ensuring timely delivery ?
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Process debits and liaise with branches for any queries

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✍️
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software and communication tools

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Familiarity with order processing systems
  • Good understanding of customer service principles

Technologies:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
