What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to a range of clients, providing hands-on financial support and building long-term relationships.
- Delivering end-to-end financial management including management accounts, balance sheet work, VAT (including partial exemption), month-end, and tax compliance.
- Managing multiple accounts concurrently, prioritising deadlines and maintaining service excellence.
- Championing modern cloud-based platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, SAGE) and playing a key role in software migrations and process improvements.
- Collaborating with a passionate, close-knit team that's driven by exceptional client outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or actively working towards qualification).
- At least 4 years' experience in a client-facing finance role, ideally in hospitality, retail, sport, leisure, or multi-site businesses.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with a hands-on, flexible approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Bonus: Experience with EPOS systems.
