The Job:

  • Answering the telephone, taking orders/messages/queries
  • Using the internal ordering software to place orders/credits
  • Monitoring emails and actioning where needed
  • General office duties
  • Accounts/bookkeeping administration using Xero
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Monthly payment runs
  • Bank and till reconciliations
  • Filing

About You:

  • Attention to detail
  • Hands on and happy to work across the wider business
  • Xero experience
  • Ability to undertake a range of administrative procedures
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly, and helpful manner in person and on the telephone
  • Due to location, own transport essential
