Clinical Expertise and Autonomous Practice: Deliver high-level clinical care to patients requiring nutrition support in both inpatient and community settings, including patients with complex medical conditions. Independently manage a caseload, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans based on clinical need.
Be adequately skilled to work autonomously, while also contributing to collaborative decision-making within the multidisciplinary team. Utilize advanced knowledge in nutrition support, including enteral and parenteral nutrition, to tailor individualized treatment plans.
Leadership and Development: Provide effective leadership within the nutrition support team, offering guidance, motivation, and mentorship to both junior and peer-level staff. Collaborate with senior management to contribute to service development, policy updates, and implementation of best practices in nutrition support.
