Administrator - Part-Time
Robert Half are currently recruiting for an Interim Senior Administrator (part-time) to join a client in the Education sector based in East Bristol for period of up to circa 6 months. This role has the potential to become permanent. Free parking is available.
** Please note that this role is term-time only **
Role: Senior AdministratorSalary: £27,300 (Hourly rate equivalent & pro-rata to part-time hours)
Duration: Circa 6 months - Potentially to go permanent
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 32 - 35 hours a week over 4 or 5 days a week, office based.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the "Head of" diary as required
- Manage the diary of Senior Leadership Team members
- Provide administrative support to "Head of", Senior Leadership Team" and Education Ops Manager as required
- Be the point of contact for queries for other admin staff
- Cover reception when necessary
- Undertaking pre-employment checks including Safer Recruitment checks for all types of contracts and roles
- Ensure the maintenance of the Single Central Record is kept up to date appropriately
- To ensure the accurate recording, maintenance and updating of databases and filing systems and to ensure confidentiality
- Assist in administration, events as and when required for the organisation
Skills/Experience needed:
- Previous administration experience, supporting Senior Leadership or "Head of" department
- Confident communicator
- Experience working in Education Sector or public sector ideally
- Experience working in an environment with high compliance standards
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to prioritise well
- A positive, "can do" attitude
