As the company continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing methods to guarantee the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and design teams to resolve quality issues and ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components meets required standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality assurance practices and maintain a high level of awareness across the company.

Key Experience & Qualifications of the Quality Engineer:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems e.g., ISO 9001.
  • Experience with quality inspection, testing methods, and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the engineering or manufacturing fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and root causes of quality issues.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
