Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor (Grade 9) to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services and support across a range of matters affecting our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that our legal strategies align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of legal frameworks to navigate complex issues effectively. You will be expected to handle a diverse caseload, ranging from contract negotiations to compliance matters, while also providing legal advice on strategic initiatives.
Collaboration is key, as you will often liaise with internal departments to ensure that all legal documents and procedures are accurate and effective. Moreover, you will stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices to maintain our organization’s competitive edge.

ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice on a variety of legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
Develop and implement compliance procedures and guidelines.
Advise on risk management and legal implications of business decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal processes are followed.
RequirementsQualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
Minimum of five years of professional legal experience.
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven track record of managing complex legal projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.51
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
