Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technology Lead to drive the technology strategy and operations across our European offices. This critical role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, proactively tracks and resolves regional issues, and escalates matters effectively to both local and global leadership.

As the Technology Lead, you will oversee the technology infrastructure, lead a high-performing local support team, and ensure the smooth operation of remote offices. Your expertise in network management, Audio Visual (AV) systems, and cloud technologies will be key to optimizing our IT ecosystem.

This role is based in London, home to our largest European office, and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute technology strategies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a local support team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Proactively track, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as needed.
  • AV & Cloud Expertise: Manage AV systems for seamless communication and leverage cloud technologies for scalability.

Qualifications:

PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

> Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a focus on support and infrastructure management.

> Proven experience in opening and maintaining remote offices.

> Strong knowledge of network management, AV systems, and cloud technologies.

> Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
