Our global manufacturing client based in Glenrothes is looking to hire experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join this team. This is a shift-based role that has regular time off and very attractive shift pattern with excellent benefits. Responsibilities to include:

Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on all equipment, components, and installations to prevent disruptions in production.
Rapid Response: Be the first point of contact when breakdowns occur. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Equipment Health: Keep machinery in optimal working order by installing new components and fittings.
Budget Management: Assist in forecasting department requirements and manage expenses effectively.
Inventory Control: Maintain records of stock and supplies related to equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to optimise manufacturing processes.
Safety First: Ensure a safe working environment for all staff, preventing accidents.
