Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will take the lead on delivering a range of Fire Systems projects as part of our long-term partnership with Transport for London (TfL). You’ll be responsible for defining project goals and deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress against schedules, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, while maintaining a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple minor works projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
- Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
- Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement
- Develop and oversee logistics plans to meet project delivery timelines
- Produce and maintain key project documentation and records
- Lead change control processes and ensure all variations are recorded and communicated
- Organise and facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, design reviews, and close-out sessions
Who You Are:
You are a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience delivering fire-related projects. You thrive in client-facing roles and are confident managing stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams..
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing fire systems projects
- Experience delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ per annum
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
- Prior experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
