This is a regional role in which you will work across four developments located in Hampstead, Wooburn, Harpenden and Bourne End. You will travel frequently so this role requires a full driving licence and own vehicle.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Work with the Customer Advisor team to ensure effective communication and efficient scheduling of viewings
  • Prior to attending a viewing booked by the Customer Advisor team, contact the customer to introduce yourself, confirm the appointment and verify qualification details
  • Maintain our CRM (Salesforce) with up-to-date, fully qualified information, ensuring tasks are managed and re-engaging customers who have previously visited, but not yet committed to proceed
  • Responsible for all customers who have previously viewed, maintaining contact to secure follow up visits and ultimately progress the warm pipeline to reserving
  • Demonstrate confidence and expertise during viewings, showcasing the product, lifestyle and benefits of amenities to secure reservations
  • Cross-sell alternative developments that may better meet a customer’s requirements or needs
  • Be a product expert, with in-depth knowledge of the services offered by Pegasus Homes
  • Work with our site based teams to ensure the ‘Independent Living Process’ is followed at all times
  • Proactively recommended solicitors from our preferred panel to customers
  • Manage the journey, ensuring due diligence is followed to confirm affordability and that properties are priced correctly to become SSTC, so that agreed completion dates are met.
  • Provide a weekly report to the RSM on the status of reservations and future pipeline
  • Monitor the company website and all portals to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well
  • Network with local groups, clubs and societies to forge links offering to invite members to events
  • Meet with the RSM and Senior Marketing Manager to give feedback and explore marketing opportunities
