[ref. w61007324] Retirement Villages - Sales Consultant

RVG is on the lookout for a Sales Consultant to be site based 5 days a week at our Retirement Village based in Chorleywood, Rickmansworth.

The Sales Consultant will work closely with and be supported by a wider sales and marketing team in terms of events, open days etc and with the village-based operations team on the transition of sales prospects through to happy, settled village residents on completion of their sale/rental.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of an exceptional customer journey, from getting to know our village community.
• Identifying and securing potential properties to sell within the village.
• Outreach into the local community
• First point of contact for all sales/rental calls taking the buyer through the journey with regular contact
• Developing excellent relationships with prospects, acting as a friendly and empathetic ambassador for the village and supporting and guiding them through to completion of sales and rentals within the agreed processes.
• Maintain the CRM system and actively promote the development
