We are looking for a Production Administrator who would occasionally cover reception duties. The successful applicants have good organisational skills and attention to detail. They will work within the Production Department covering various administrative task as requested by Managers and the Manufacturing Director.

Previous experience of working in an administrative role would be preferred.

Main Duties

Production Administrator:

  • To assist in the timely and accurate input of data into the maintenance system
  • Production of reports as required
  • To assist in maintaining the training matrix
  • To provide good administration support as required
  • Filing and Organisation of Project documentation
  • Helping to distribute documents as and when required
  • Scanning and photocopying
  • Other duties as required

Reception duties, when required:

  • To answer the internal and external calls in a prompt and efficient manner, transferring calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Where appropriate, to take messages and pass these onto personnel at the earliest opportunity.
  • Greeting all visitors in reception in a friendly manner and ensure they are inducted in line with Company procedures
  • Franking of mail
  • Other duties as required
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Experience of dealing with calls through Microsoft Teams
