About the role
PwC is seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs (CA) team and drive impactful digital communication strategies for our Midlands region, including Birmingham, East Midlands and Milton Keynes. This pivotal role involves creating compelling content that engages both our people and media and other external audiences.You'll collaborate with national teams on high-profile campaigns and lead PwC's communications in the Midlands. What your days will look like- Regional Leadership & Reputation Management : Serve as the main CA contact, enhancing PwC's brand by promoting and protecting PwC's reputation by telling regional stories
- Strategic Communication & Campaigns : Advise regional leaders on key messages, lead comprehensive campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to align activities with firmwide strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with media, politicians, business leaders and community stakeholders to foster advocacy and support.
- Thought Leadership Develop regional thought leadership content, ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and work to promote national projects within the Corporate Affairs team.
- You have experience of driving high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional media channels,
- You have experience of managing media relations, internal communications and social media platforms to boost visibility and engagement.
- You are able to build trusted relationships and navigate complex conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a strong understanding of the Midlands' political and social environment, the broader UK political landscape and the global professional services sector and regulatory environment
