Job Description
Sales Administrator, Reading- Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Dealing with customers by telephone (incoming and outgoing) plus email and Teams
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Searching, coding and updating the CRM system
- Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking key performance indicators.
- Respond to customer queries, providing exceptional service.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
The Successful Applicant
Sales Administrator, Reading- Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
