What is the role?
Responsible for all activities in a production kitchen and manage the provision of catering services withinthe principal production unit and other satellite units.
Organise and participate in internal and external function catering as required and arrange transportationof meals and functions as appropriate.

Extra Information:
The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is from £14.43 to £15.52 and the annual salary, adjusted for a term time working pattern, is from £22,621 to £25,220.
Working pattern will be from 8am - 3.30pm.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007.
