Individual Support Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a part time Individual Needs Assistant. Someone who is a highly motivated, committed assistant to work 1:1 with a wonderful KS2 pupil. This is for a fixed period until the end of the summer term 2025. There is a possibility this could be extended beyond this academic year.

We are seeking someone who:

• Is enthusiastic and dynamic, eager to contribute to our exciting nursery provision
• Has the ability to work as part of a team, collaborating effectively
• Excellent and positive behaviour management skills
• Is committed to developing good relationships with; children, staff at the school and parents
• Has high expectations and is friendly, hardworking and supportive and above all flexible
• Has relevant experience and qualification, a recognised care qualification at Level 2 or above.

This part time position ideally consists of 5 days a week term time, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am – 12.00pm each day.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

Start date will be immediately upon appointment depending on availability of candidate.
