Team

The Content Marketing team is responsible for the continuous development of our online and customer-facing presence. We work both as a team and closely with other Marketing departments to create and distribute high quality, timely and relevant content across websites and other marketing channels.

Our aim is to strengthen brand awareness, increase reach and ultimately support Raisin UK’s aim to ‘get Britain saving’.

Ongoing training and continuous learning are very important to us as a team. As part of the team, you will take part in regular meetings where we discuss current topics and develop new strategies together.

Your Responsibilities
  • Creation and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that is aligned with company goals and industry trends and ensures positioning as a thought leader in the FinTech sector.
  • Content management for our UK and IE websites, including managing the content production and audit cycle, running performance improvement tests, and continuously refining webpages in line with SEO recommendations.
  • Writing informative and well-researched, search engine optimised content on all things finance.
  • Supporting UK stakeholders: content production, translations, and proofreading: this can include for apps, display ads, CRM, PPC, print marketing materials, marketing campaigns, video, and radio.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of content using defined key figures and deriving appropriate measures from the KPIs.
  • Staying on top of exciting topics, trends, and innovations relevant to the finance industry, and developing campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing team and other business stakeholders.
  • Running editorial planning sessions and supporting the further development of our content strategy.
  • Managing junior members of the Content team (interns and freelancers).
Your Profile
  • A degree in a relevant subject (journalism, English language/literature, media/communication studies).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, with a working knowledge of SEO.
  • A passion for creating great content, with an eye for detail, and an understanding of the best way to land a message, whether that’s for long-form content or a 120 character push notification.
  • Experience with content management systems (we use WordPress and Content Stack).
  • An interest in financial topics and an understanding of the UK market (or the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with this).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You’re organised, show initiative and can work and collaborate in an international team.
  • You’re a native English speaker (other languages, specifically Dutch, Spanish, French, Finnish and Polish, are a huge plus).
