Are you an organised, client-focused professional with a passion for financial services? Our client, a leading IFA firm, is seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to join their established team where they offer a comprehensive range of financial services.

As an IFA Administrator, you'll support their Financial Planners, Personal Assistants, and Paraplanners.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone.
• Managing client information and ensuring data accuracy.
• Preparing review packs and client letters.
• Coordinating with providers to gather necessary information.
• Adhering to best practices and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Competitive salary up to £30,000 DOE + discretionary bonus

• 24 days holiday – additional day for each year up to 27 days

Ideal Candidate:

• Good financial services administration skill set in a similar environment
• Working knowledge of Intelligent Office, Curo or other back-office system
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with sound decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial planning products and processes
