Customer Service Coordinator

Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This Customer Service Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

As the appointed Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

Location: Maidstone
Industry: Logistics & Distribution
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Full time, office based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours)

About the Role:

  • Managing daily customer service and operational administration tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, drivers and internal teams
  • Coordinating deliveries, resolving queries and managing service issues
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and transport systems
  • Supporting the operations team with reporting, scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Delivering a professional, solutions-focused customer experience at all times

About You:

  • Experience within a customer service, coordination or office-based role
  • Strong communication skills with a calm and professional manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Proactive, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
