About Our Client

They are a fast growing FMCG company and produce a well known health food and the brand has gone from strengthen to strength over the past decade. They are scaling up now again and this is a really exciting time to be joining them. They are a very fast paced team and very high performing, but everyone is very friendly and down to earth.

there are 50 people in the office and the company currently has a £50million turnover which is getting higher all the time.

Job Description

The role will be to support the leadership team of 5, you will book some travel, meetings and do their expenses. You will also be the go to person for the team of 50 in the office in helping them with general admin tasks as well as being the Office Manager.
part of the role will involve managing the stock too and will involve moving stock around and some lifting. As this is a scale up business you will have so much opportunity to become involved in project work, improving areas you would like and really making the role your own.

Please note this role is 4 days a week in the office.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Have worked in a team EA/ office Manager role previously
  • You will ideally have worked for a scale up and be excited by this
  • Be exceptionally organised as you understand this is a really varied role
  • Understand that the role is 4 days a week in the office in the West End
  • Know that there will be an element of moving the products around so you will have to do some lifting

What's on Offer

£45,000 - £60,000 (depending on the candidate) plus discretionary bonus
