Crewe - Sales Coordinator
This role is varied and involves Administration, Sales and Customer Service. Responsibilities include:Processing customer ordersPreparing quotes and invoicesEntering new customer account details on the CRM systemFirst point of contact for all internal and outbound callsAdvising customers of predicted delivery dates and order updatesIssuing credit notes as requiredLiaising with internal departments (Purchasing, Technical and deliveries)Identifying sales opportunities and passing leads to the sales teamSupporting with marketing campaigns The ideal candidate will have:Experience in a similar, varied role with the ability to time manage effectivelyHigh level of attention to detail ensuring proficiency in accurately maintaining and updating customer records, sales records and databasesExcellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly through clear communication skills
