We are excited to announce that we are looking for a team member to join the department as a Coach / Mentor AAT.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced AAT Coach / Mentor to join our dedicated team.

The Role- To coach and mentor a range of learners who are studying AAT.
- To meet with learners and employers to discuss the apprenticeship programme and to complete necessary enrolment paperwork.
- Complete reviews with learners and employers out in the workplace to ensure that all learners are working in a safe environment
- Support learners in their preparation for their end point assessment.
- Work with the AAT team to identify additional courses to develop apprentices personal and wider skills.
- Work closely with employers to identify and promote any additional training opportunities.
- Support apprentices using an appropriate range of methods to facilitate and support learning and achievement.
- Complete sign up and review fulfilling all audit requirements.
- Identify individual training needs and to organise training to achieve planned outcomes within defined timescales in line with
- Motivate and inspire employees to raise aspirations, promote effort, maintain momentum and encourage progression to higher
- Make good use of Information and Communications Technology, including e-learning and e-assessment.
