Teaching Personnel are currently seeking cover supervisors/unqualified teachers to join our educational team within Secondary Schools in Newport. This role is ideal for graduates interested in training to become a teacher or for confident individuals who can manage a classroom effectively, looking to gain more experience in schools.Successful candidates will play an important role in providing high-quality instruction while also motivating and encouraging students to reach their full potential in the absence of their regular teacher. Planning or marking is not required in this role.

Salary: £100 per day, minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover and supervise lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver prepared lessons across KS3-KS4.
- Confident and adaptable individual, with strong behavioural management skills.
- Have an excellent understanding of Safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and members of staff.
